Change involves more than willpower. Research shows that a three-fold approach is best, one that addresses our situation, our hearts, and our minds. Resolutions to Realities is a brain-based four-part workshop series designed to introduce information about how change happens. It is my hope as your facilitator that this information and the activities that we complete will result in a higher percentage of initial change and a longer duration of permanent change.
